NGEF has the capacity of manufacturing distribution & power transformer with its unique technology, ranging from 63 KVA to 60 MVA. Transformers are manufactured by using hybrid insulation material, some of which are non-hygroscopic with no fear of moisture attack. The insulation filled is regular mineral oil OR Natural Ester Oil which is fire safe liquid and falls under K class category with fire point app 350 degree C.
The K class Natural Ester oil is bio-degradable and offers excellent fire safety.
The transformers are equipped with special kind of "Sealed Breathing System" and "Oil-purifier" which allow transformers to operate for 20 years without carrying out routine oil filtration.
NGEF also manufactures dry type transformers up-to 1250 KVA 11 KV class and CSS also.
